If you would like to join the University of Wisconsin Roosevelt Institution, please:

- School and Contact email (please specify which to contact you at)
- Phone number (where you are most accessible)
- Are you a student, former student, faculty, or staff at Wisconsin? Include a bit about your area(s) of interest or expertise. (This may mean current major(s), degree type, courses, extracurriculars, hobbies, et cetera)
- Major policy interest(s) within the Roosevelt Institution (see our policy centers), or if you have an interest we are not working on lets start something new
